In 2019, our founder Erika Dargan decided she wanted to help individuals look and feel their very best so she began her journey as a Permanent Makeup Artist.  She quickly fell in love with permanent makeup artistry and her passion for providing busy individuals with hassle-free and long-lasting beauty enhancements led her to open her own cosmetics salon, Natural Effect ~ Permanent Creations.

 

During the pandemic, Erika closed down her original location in the La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego, California, and relocated to the northwestern Houston, Texas area. Recently, she opened her state-of-the-art cosmetics salon in the Memorial district so she and her team could be conveniently located to luxury living and upscale shopping in the economically booming business district.  

 

In addition to working as a beauty expert, Erika enjoys spending time with her loved ones and expanding her culinary skills.  Erika appreciates the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and is always eager to learn about health-boosting beauty alternatives.
